Summary biography

In 1994 Beatha was a teenager. Many members of her family and people that she knew were murdered during the 100 days of the genocide, including her mother. In her earlier childhood in 1987, Beatha was seven when her grandmother was murdered for being Tutsi in 1987.

Beatha lives in the UK. She is a mother. She has actively promoted understanding and awareness of the genocide, speaking at global conferences.
